2024 Clemson Football Virtual Seat Selection
For the 2024 Clemson Football season, the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office is introducing a new feature that allows you to select your seats from the best available options for your IPTAY giving level and Priority Points. This feature is available for those interested in exploring new options. If you are content with your current seats, then no additional action is needed from you.
To select your seats, log in to your Ticketmaster Account Manager page at your designated time, (emailed to you or found on your Account Manager page) and follow the steps below. Please note: during the selection process, IPTAY and the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office will be receiving an extremely high call volume. We encourage you to utilize these steps and resources as many other donors will be selecting at the same time. If you call our offices, please be prepared for long hold times.

The seat upgrade/relocation process allows season ticket holders to move their seatsfollowing the renewal deadline. The below FAQ should answer most questions regarding this process that will take place after the season ticket renewal deadline. An email communication will be sent to accounts that have renewed or purchased new tickets by that deadline. Please reference this email to obtain your seat selection date and time.

Why is the seat selection process done this way?
This program enables season ticket holders to select their own seats in a transparent and convenient way. By utilizing this technology, ticket holders will be able to take ownership of their seating assignment. Each customer will be able to establish his or her own preferences (seating location, low or high, aisle or middle, etc.) and choose accordingly.
Who will participate in the new seat selection process?
All new football season ticket holders, along with renewal season ticket holders that have opted into the seat relocation process during their renewal checkout, will have the opportunity to participate in the seat selection process this spring. If you are a renewal season ticket holder, who originally declined the option to view what seats are available, please email cutixonline@clemson.edu and the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office can assign you a date and time to log in and access the seat relocation process.
How are the seat selection appointment dates/times assigned?
Seat selection appointment times will be assigned to those with season tickets, in order by IPTAY giving level and priority points within each level. Your appointment time represents the earliest time that you can access the system to select seats. Your selection window opens at your appointment time, and you may then select seats at any time until the selection process is complete on May 10, 2024. There is no time limit; however, please keep in mind that others will be able to select seats as their selection windows open, so we encourage you to choose your seats as close to your assigned time as possible.
What order will donors be assigned?
The selection times will be determined by rank using IPTAY giving level and priority points within each level. The best way to secure an earlier time is to join or increase your donation level. After the seating process is complete all remaining seats will be available for sale to all Tiger Fans.
What if I do not want to move my season tickets?
If during your seat selection time, you log in and do not like the options available and do not want to move your seats, you can log out of the page and you will retain the same seats you had from the previous season.
How many tickets can I order?
You will be able to order and select as many seats as you qualify for based upon your membership level(s) at the time. Please review the IPTAY benefits chart for more information.
How will I be notified about my seat selection window?
Season ticket holders will be sent seat selection window information via email.
How can I improve my rank and position myself to choose the best available seat location?
You may improve your rank by increasing your IPTAY donor level. Your IPTAY giving level and priority points within each level will determine the order in which you will choose your seats during theseat selection process. If I order fewer tickets, will I improve my location?
A lesser quantity ordered may provide more flexibility in selecting seats, but it will be difficult to predict availability prior to the online selection process. The virtual venue will allow you to do an even exchange for the number of seats you have. It will also allow you to add seats onto your order if you see seats that you’re interested in purchasing. If you are interested in ordering less tickets please call the Clemson Ticket Office during your assigned time and we can assist you over the phone.
If I order tickets that are above my current IPTAY donation based on the IPTAY Seat Equity Chart?
Please review the IPTAY seat equity chart prior to selecting seats. If you relocate your season tickets and your new season tickets seat equity is higher than your current IPTAY Donation, your card will automatically be charged the difference to get you to the new IPTAY seat equity value.
Seat Selection FAQs
How will the seat selection process take place?
The seat selection will utilize Virtual Venue by IOMedia to assist in the seat selection process. This online system allows season ticket holders to choose seats during a specific window of time. Each season ticket holder will have a scheduled window of time in which to log-in to their online ticket account and choose their seats.
A 3-D view of Clemson Memorial Stadium from the seats that you have selected will be available to preview before choosing your seats. Appointment times will be assigned based on IPTAY giving level and priority points within each level. Ticket holders with the highest donor priority will select first.
Appointment times will be staggered, every 10-15 minutes. The biggest advantage to this entire process is that the Season Ticket Holders now has the ability to upgrade or change their own seats and not have the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office select for them like in year’s past based on a list of seat preferences.
Can I see the Clemson Memorial Stadium Virtual Venue before I log in to select seats?
Yes, please login to your Clemson Tigers Account Manager with your email and password to preview the Clemson Memorial Stadium Virtual Venue.
How will I access the live selection site?
You will access the live selection site by logging into your Clemson Tigers Account Manager with your email and password.
How long will I have to select my seats?
Once your appointment window opens, you can look at live inventory and make your seat selections up until the process is complete in middle of May. You do not have to choose seats right away; however, we do recommend selecting as close to your appointment time as you can. Approximately every 10-15 minutes, another small group of ticket holders will enter the process and be able to select their seats.
What if I miss my appointment time?
Your assigned seating window reflects the earliest time you may log in to select seats. Those who miss their scheduled appointment time may log in to self-select seats at any time after their appointment time has started. Please keep in mind that if you miss your scheduled appointment time, other season ticket holders may be choosing seats at their assigned times which will affect seating availability.
What internet browser is needed to complete the Seat Selection Process? Can I use my iPhone?
- Seat selections can be made using most models of computer/tablets, but not all. You can complete the process on an iPad, iPhone or other smart phones. If you are using a computer, please make sure it meets these guidelines:
- Browser: Internet Explorer 9.0 , Mozilla Firefox 4.0 , Safari 5.1 , and Chrome 15
- The Clemson Memorial Stadium Virtual Venue is best viewed with the most updated version of Chrome. Download this most recent version prior to your seat selection date and time.
Is there an option to select my seats if I do not own a computer?
Many libraries have free computer access, and you can always ask a family member or friend to help you with this process. However, we highly encourage you to select your own seats through Clemson Account Manager using the Virtual Venue tool, as this will give you the most control in making your selections. In doing so, you will be able to see exactly what seats are available along with views from the seats.
If you are unable to access the internet at your appointment time, you may give your account information to a delegate or you may select seats over the phone or in person at the Clemson Ticket Office.
Can I log in and select different seats after I have already selected seats?
- You can browse available inventory for as long as you would like after your seat selection window opens. But, you may only complete the actual seat selection process one time. Once you have finalized your seat selection, you will not be able to log back in and alter your seat selection. If you wish to check the availability of other seating locations, feel free to call the Clemson Ticket Office at 1-800-CLEMSON (253-6766).
Special Groups FAQs
What if I want to sit with a group of people?
With the online selection process, each individual will be given an appointment time for seating based on their respective IPTAY giving level and priority points within each level.
Each group member needs to coordinate his or her selection with the appointment time of the lowest ranked person within their group; and, at that time, each group member can log into the online system and choose their seats together.
NOTE: Since all seats will be selected online, each person in the group will need access to a computer when coordinating the location of their seating location to make their selections simultaneously. Each group member can log in at their assigned time and check the availability of seats, having the opportunity to make their selections at that point, should they wish to forgo their group seating based on the lowest ranked person’s selection time within the group.
What if I have premium tickets or interested in purchasing premium seats? (Masters Club, West Zone Club, South Club, Suites)
Premium seats are not available to be moved or added during the virtual seat selection process. For more information on premium seats, please email premium@clemson.edu or call 864-656-9421.
How do I obtain accessible seats or seats because of mobility issues?
Individuals requiring seating in wheelchair accessible rows, or specific seating to meet other disability needs, should call the Clemson Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-CLEMSON (253-6766) during their assigned seat selection window for assistance with selecting seats from the available inventory that meet their specific needs.
